Barceló Hotel Group, one of the leading tourism companies in the Spanish market, has produced a data research on UK and Germany’s markets to get a better understanding of people’s holidays habits and what it is valued the most when booking a holiday destination.
I was asked to illustrate these results in the form of an online report page with the aim of obtaining a sharable piece of content that would enhance the brand’s visibility online thus increasing its organic traffic.
The result is a single-page website that used vibrant colours and interactive charts to facilitate the understanding of its content while being visually appealing to a social media audience. In addition to the UI, I also coded the whole page using HTML and CSS for the layout and a Javascript library to aid with animations.
